How to calculate the ideal height of your stick

Here are two simple ways to understand this:

1. According to your height

A useful formula is:
Your height in cm ÷ 2 = recommended stick height

Example: If you are 170 cm tall → 170 ÷ 2 = 85, choose the 85 cm stick.

Practical tip: if you are between two sizes, choose the one that allows you to keep your elbow slightly bent (angle between 15° and 20°) when holding the stick with the tip resting on the ground.

2. Bent elbow method

Stand up straight, with your arms at your sides.
Ask someone to measure the distance between your wrist and the floor.
This measurement is ideal for your stick.
