SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipments to all countries will be shipped via the courier GLS (in Italy) and DHL (Europe and Venice).
Shipments destined for countries inside the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation declaring the value of the merchandise, unless specifically requested, while all shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, as required by Customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice or proforma invoice declaring the value of the merchandise.
When the order is shipped, Clients receive an email from the courier specifying the tracking number to monitor the shipment status.
SHIPMENT FEES
Shipments to Italy will have a transport cost of € 10 per shipment of the first item to which € 5 will be added for each additional item; the shipping cost expires with a minimum purchase of 44 €. For the rest of the world we refer you to the simulator in the cart section as the shipping cost depends a lot on the country of destination.
SHIPPING TIME
Items in stock will be dispatched in 4 business days. During peak season, sales or special promotions, processing times may be longer or have delays.
