Worldwide shipping


If for any reason Client is not satisfied with an order, the unused items can be returned for Size/Color Exchange, Credit or Refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.

Items must be returned with original Pieces of Venice package and with all labels and other accessories received with the order.

The client is responsible for costs of return delivery which must be shipped within 14 days from the order’s date. In case of exchange the shipping of the new item is the responsibility of Pieces of Venice.

  • Credit:

As soon as the return is received and processed, a code of the total value of the returned items will be sent to the customer, to be used for subsequent purchases. The credit is not cumulative with other store credits and can be used one time only within three months of the return. The credit must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value

  • Refund: Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by Pieces of Venice.

For orders paid by Credit Card with Paypal or by Bank Wire Transfer, the refunded amount will be available to Clients in roughly 10 days. Processing time may vary depending on the bank credit card circuit used.

Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.


In the event that the Customer receives defective merchandise, or that errors occur in shipments by Pieces of Venice, it is required to follow the same instructions as above.

Pieces of Venice reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.

Pieces of Venice reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In that case the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. Any acceptance of these returns, however, involves a charge equal to 20% of the value of the returned goods.
