How to buy

The cart is always available in all pages of the website. To order the products just click on the “Cash” button, fill in the required fields, necessary to proceed, and then click on “Place order”.

Our shipping office will receive the order request and will send the products to the indicated address.

Registering online at piecesofvenice.com is very simple, and the data will be processed in full compliance with the current privacy rules.

Payment Method

Paypal: It is possible to pay via the PayPal system even without being a PayPal user, as it supports the most commonly used credit cards. This is a fast and secure way to streamline payment as a guest and purchase our products online.

Credit Cards: You can pay directly through the secure VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, and MAESTRO networks.

Google Pay e Apple Pay: We accept payments through Google Pay and Apple Pay without the need to register for additional services. Credit and debit cards linked to the respective accounts are supported, providing a fast, secure, and convenient way to complete online purchases with just a tap.

Bank Transfer: By choosing the payment by bank transfer in advance, at the end of the order the customer will automatically receive a confirmation email containing the bank details to proceed with the transfer. Payment must be completed within 5 business days from order receipt, after this deadline the order will be automatically cancelled. Order will be shipped once the payment has reached our bank account and the merchandise is available for shipment.

Delivery

Upon delivery of every order, clients are asked to inspect the box carefully before signing for the delivery.

If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package.

In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact customer care at pieces@piecesofvenice.it

If the package is damaged or if an item is missing from inside, the packaging must be kept for further verification.

Any claim regarding damages, missing merchandise and/or delivery to the wrong address, must be sent to pieces@piecesofvenice.it within 10 days from the order’s delivery date on the carrier’s website, otherwise the claim will not be accepted.

Gift Card

Purchase the Gift Card and receive a discount code for the same amount by email, which you can use whenever you like or give as a gift!

How to use it?
Our Gift Card is designed to be convenient and immediate:
