We are thrilled to inaugurate the first Virtual Gallery of Pieces of Venice, a digital space that allows you to explore our design pieces as if you were actually inside the Palazzina Scirocco, on the island of San Servolo in Venice.

A journey that combines images, stories, and interactivity, designed to offer an immersive experience to anyone, wherever they are. It’s like opening a window onto Venice and strolling among the objects in our collection, each linked to an authentic address in the city.

From the real gallery to the virtual one

Our Virtual Gallery is the result of practical experience:

In October 2024, in the Palazzina Scirocco in San Servolo, restored in collaboration with Pianca and other Green Heroes from our network, we set up the first real gallery of Pieces of Venice, where outside the 35 rooms there is one piece on display for each room and, inside, a panel describing the collaboration with each designer or creative artist linked to that piece.

This physical journey has been brought online, thanks to technology, in a form accessible to everyone: a way to continue to promote Venice even from a distance, without barriers of space or time.

Support from the TOCC Call for Proposals

The creation of the Virtual Gallery and the entire digitization process were made possible thanks to Call for Proposals TOCC0000901 (Ecological Transition of Cultural and Creative Organizations) funded by the PNRR – NextGenerationEU and managed by the Ministry of Culture and Invitalia.

Pieces of Venice ranked first among the companies in northern Italy accepted for eligibility for the tender, and this led us to invest enthusiastically in and embrace a profound digitalization of our business.
