Studio Gellner

Studio_Gellner was founded in 2005 on the initiative of the architect Michele Merlo, student and collaborator of Edoardo Gellner, whose work and design philosophy he has carried forward.

A synthetic language, an articulated composition made of simple elements, the combination of natural materials with advanced semi-finished products, an executive rigor combined with the search for a welcoming and stimulating living environment are the principles that still inspire Studio_Gellner today. In addition to following the many cultural and editorial initiatives focused on the revival of the figure of Edoardo Gellner nationally and internationally, Studio_Gellner now works in the areas of architecture, interior design, museum and exhibition installations, and more recently with furniture and home accessories design through the modern revival of some objects from its archives.

At Pieces of Venice, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer easy returns if you’re not happy with your product.

Products with Stories

These objects also serve as a bridge between past and future generations, telling a story of Venetian culture, tradition, and excellence.

Circular Economy

Pieces of Venice is a social enterprise with a circular economy model and a short supply chain. We begin with the recovery and recycling of discarded materials from Venice, and through industrial design, we give them new life as souvenirs and practical items.
