Elia Venturini holds a degree in product design from Venice’s IUAV University, where he continues to work as a teaching assistant and tutor.
Always passionate about the world of art and design, he has actively participated in the organization of street-art events at an international level in his hometown, Gemona del Friuli (UD), and continues his research in the field of urban redevelopment with the design and execution of large murals.
He is currently pursuing his career in the Venice studio of designer Marco Zito, following projects ranging from furniture and lighting products to research for architectural interiors.
Together with three other colleagues, he participates in the Fucina Frammenti project team, which focuses on investigating production processes related to salvaging materials and sustainable design, with an eye to the production cycle in the Venetian area.
For us he designs the Grand Canal collection inspired by the 4 bridges that cross the main waterway which, with its inverted “S” shape, both bisects and characterizes our beloved Venice.
