Francesco Lucchese

Francesco Lucchese, Architect, Designer and Professor, is the founder of Lucchesedesign Studio, a multidisciplinary team that works all over the world on several projects, with great ability to adapt to different contexts and offering a wide perspective on each activity. The headquarter of the Studio is in Milano. The opening of an office in Nanjing (China) makes the structure competitive on the Asian market from a logistical point of view and provides customers with close assistance while ensuring a direct presence in the territory. Architecture and interior design projects are developed both in Italy and abroad (China, Brazil, Bulgaria, Belgium, etc.) and include high level works like hotels, offices, public spaces, showrooms and exclusive private residences. The Studio offers a wide range of design services to several Italian and foreign companies; projects are addressed taking care of all aspects through the Art Direction, that includes marketing strategy, brand identity, presentation at trade fairs or in showrooms and consultancy for advertising campaigns. Products designed for Italian and foreign companies have been awarded with prestigious international awards like Compasso d’Oro (in 2020 for “Spazio” hood designed for Falmec), Red Dot Design Award, Design Plus, Good Design Award, German Design Award. They cover a wide range of typologies: Murano glass collections, furniture, lighting, accessories, kitchen accessories, surfaces and bathroom elements. Francesco Lucchese is also a Professor at the Faculty of Design at Politecnico di Milano.

Products with Stories

These objects also serve as a bridge between past and future generations, telling a story of Venetian culture, tradition, and excellence.

Circular Economy

Pieces of Venice is a social enterprise with a circular economy model and a short supply chain. We begin with the recovery and recycling of discarded materials from Venice, and through industrial design, we give them new life as souvenirs and practical items.
